Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
• 2-5 years HRBP experience.
• Sound understanding of local DOLE compliance, case handling, and Philippine labor laws.
• Ability to translate corporate goals into actionable people and strategic HR plans.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive coaching, and the ability to influence.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and utilizing HRIS systems.
• WORK LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG.
