The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner supporting 150+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to designated business units, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, coaching, and policy guidance.
• Leverage data-driven insights to diagnose organizational challenges and drive improvements.
• Support adoption of AI tools and data visualization to enhance HR operations.
