Job summary

PDAX, a leading Philippine crypto exchange, seeks an experienced senior sales and relationship leader to manage Prime clients. You will drive end-to-end acquisition, build trust, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and high-volume trades.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, portfolio oversight, and proactive problem solving across departments, with a focus on delivering high-touch service to HNWIs and institutions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in finance, business development, or client services.
• Experience with HNWIs or institutional clients preferred.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to explain trading concepts.
• Self-starter with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle for HNWIs and corporations.
• Develop strategic acquisition plans and source leads.
• Serve as the primary contact for Prime clients with high-touch service.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely trade execution and onboarding.
• Facilitate OTC and treasury liaison activities.
• Grow client base and identify new PDAX opportunities.
• Refine onboarding and servicing journey to reduce friction.
