Coins.ph is seeking an experienced and highly influential Group Lead of HRBP to partner with the executive leadership team and business leaders across the organization. This role will drive organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity, leadership capability, performance management, talent development, and cultural transformation.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-growth environments.
Proven track record in HRBP leadership and partnering with executives.
Experience in fintech or regulated digital finance is a plus.
Strong English communication with global stakeholders.
Ability to design org structure and operating models.

Responsibilities

Lead organization design and effectiveness initiatives across the business.
Drive performance management framework and OKR/KPI alignment.
Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development.
Collaborate with CEO and executives on strategic workforce matters.
Foster a high-performance culture and data-driven decision making.
