Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with advertising media placement agencies or any performance marketing role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, working with both internal and external creative teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in cryptocurrency or experience with fintech or digital products will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify appropriate advertising platforms, including digital, print, and other relevant mediums.
• Negotiate and secure ad placements while ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and campaign goals.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
• Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand marketing objectives and target audience segments for ad placement.
• Ad Development: Work closely with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Coordinate the production process from concept ideation to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Create weekly and monthly reports across all activities and placements.
