• Design retention interventions to effectively control attrition.
• Plan annual processes including year-end performance and talent reviews.
• Manage the people agenda across hiring, onboarding, development, engagement and offboarding.
• Coach managers on performance and employee relations issues.
• Generate recurring HR reports for stakeholders.
