Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Officer to align people strategies with business goals across the organization. The role partners with the HR Center of Excellence and People Services to add value, reinforce a high-performance culture, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key focus areas include strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, talent development, culture and engagement, and employee relations. Data analytics support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years HR business partnering experience, preferably in an FMCG
• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resources Management, or any related course
• Knowledge of local labor, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Good knowledge and understanding of employment-related Acts (e.g. Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Act, etc.) and other relevant regulations

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development of HR strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Implements interventions addressing organizational pain points with HR CoE and People Services teams.
• Monitors HR issues, reports challenges, and recommends development plans and improvements.
