Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Penultimate year of study.
• Enrolled in an internship subject.
• Good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school.
• Able to pass the pre-internship requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection and consolidation of job descriptions across departments.
• Ensure all job descriptions are updated using the standard template.
• Support in tracking submission and completion status of job descriptions.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining an updated inventory/database of job descriptions.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of training records and documents.
• Ensure accurate tracking of training completion, certifications, and attendance.
• Help coordinate communication and logistics of training activities.
• Assist in gathering feedback and preparing reports related to training.
• Assist HRBP and PST in organizing employee engagement events and initiatives.
• Help coordinate communication and logistics for engagement activities such as summer outings, company anniversaries, and other site activities.
• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners as needed.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and other HR-related documents.
• Assist with any ad-hoc HR tasks and projects that may arise.
