Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an HR Senior Generalist in Pasig City to partner with business leaders and manage core HR functions. You will guide talent attraction, onboarding, and lifecycle processes while ensuring data integrity in HCM systems and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, CS, CE, Math, Economics or business-related fields.
• At least 3 years of HR experience across multiple HR facets (HRBP, employee/industrial relations, talent attraction, talent management, culture & engagement, total rewards, HR systems).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Organizes onboarding process in partnership with Talent Attraction and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Creates the e-201 file for new hires and ensures completion before regularization.
• Ensures data integrity of employee information in HCM systems.
• Supports administration of and provides guidance on total rewards policies, processes, and programs.
• Partners with Team Leads and HRBP Managers in supporting organizational changes and career planning.
• Monitors turnover and facilitates exit interviews for data insights.
• Implements programs to support Labor and Management relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Facilitates performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.
• Develops initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Consolidates attraction, optimization, and retention metrics including annual satisfaction surveys.
