Job summary

Teradyne Philippines is seeking a highly motivated HR Partner for Employee Services, Employee Relations, and Compliance to support its workforce. The role will act as a generalist with a focus on ensuring policy alignment, regulatory compliance, and effective labor relations across the site.

You will lead initiatives in employee wellbeing, audits, and policy implementation while partnering with managers to strengthen engagement and retention, in a dynamic Cebu-based setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a behavioral science degree or equivalent.
• 8–10 years’ experience in labor relations, employee services, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing data privacy, discipline, grievances, and policies.
• Experience in internal and external audits.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong data gathering, reporting, databases and analytics skills.
• Knowledge of Responsible Business Alliance (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee services guidance and mobility support locally and overseas.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and discipline management.
• Partner with managers to improve engagement, retention, and succession planning.
• Record-keeping, training, reporting, and data management related to HR functions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver service excellence.
