Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years HR generalist experience with talent development, ER, compliance, and people analytics.
• Proven ability to drive talent development programs aligned with business goals.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR processes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage workforce data and analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Develop HR dashboards and reports for headcount, attrition, and talent metrics.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; prepare audit documentation.
• Draft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with goals and standards.
• Identify skill gaps with leadership and support talent development initiatives; track progress.
