Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a HR Shared Services and Fulfillment Manager / Supervisor in Pasig to lead daily HR service delivery and workforce fulfillment activities onsite. You will coordinate with HR, Operations, Recruitment, and Field Management to ensure onboarding, manpower deployment, and employee support align with business objectives.

You will oversee People Services operations, monitor service levels, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, psychology, business).
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Recruitment Operations, or Workforce Fulfillment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume or nationwide operations is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end People Services processes including onboarding, employee movements, offboarding, documentation, and employee concerns
• Ensures timely processing and accuracy of employee records and HR documentation
• Monitors compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
• Handles escalations related to employee services and coordinates issue resolution with relevant stakeholders
• Supports employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Oversees manpower fulfillment requirements across operational teams
• Coordinates with Recruitment, Operations, and Area Supervisors on deployment schedules and staffing needs
• Tracks fulfillment metrics including turnaround time, deployment completion, and workforce availability
• Ensures smooth endorsement and onboarding of newly hired employees into operations
• Provides regular manpower deployment and fulfillment status reports
