Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an HR Shared Services Manager (Service Fulfillment Manager) to oversee end-to-end after-sales HR operations in an onsite, Monday-to-Friday setup. You will drive service delivery, enforce SLAs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
