Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Workforce Management.
• Experience handling high-volume HR operations is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee movements, documentation, and offboarding.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and employee records.
• Monitor compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Handle escalated employee concerns and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain HR documentation, databases, and employee files.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and fulfillment requirements across operational teams.
• Work closely with Recruitment and Operations to monitor staffing requirements and deployment timelines.
• Track fulfillment metrics including turnaround time and deployment completion.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and endorsement of newly hired employees.
