Job summary

Vogue Concepts Inc. seeks an HR & OD- Consultant to shape strategic direction and hands-on support for maturing the HR function with a strong focus on organizational development across a multi-brand retail environment.

The role involves assessing current HR practices, designing sustainable interventions, and enabling the HR Manager and team with proven frameworks and tools to sustain improvements. Onsite work in Makati is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including experience as an HR Manager or HR Head.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Service, or Food industries is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and independent assessment to improve HR function maturity with a focus on OD, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent development.
• Assess existing HR practices, structures, and people management systems; identify gaps; design and implement sustainable interventions aligned with business priorities.
• Strengthen OD capability and equip HR team with frameworks, tools, and competencies to sustain improvements.
