Job summary

Vogue Concepts Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant specializing in labor relations and organization development to support employee relations, disciplinary processes, and compliance with labor laws. You will help with performance management, development, and HR initiatives, while maintaining audit-ready records.

You will assist in DOLE/NLRC processes, employee movements, and organizational projects, contributing to a disciplined, engaged workplace aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any behavioral course.
• Open to fresh graduates; internship or on-the-job training experience encouraged.
• Experience handling DOLE hearings and DOLE/NLRC cases is an advantage.
• Retail exposure is a plus.
