Vogue Concepts Inc. seeks an HR & OD- Consultant to shape strategic direction and hands-on support for maturing the HR function with a strong focus on organizational development across a multi-brand retail environment.

The role involves assessing current HR practices, designing sustainable interventions, and enabling the HR Manager and team with proven frameworks and tools to sustain improvements. Onsite work in Makati is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including experience as an HR Manager or HR Head.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Service, or Food industries is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Makati.

The HR & OD- Consultant will provide strategic direction, independent assessment, and hands-on support to improve the overall effectiveness and maturity of the company's Human Resources function, with a strong focus on Organizational Development (OD), organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent development, and change management within a multi-brand retail environment.

The consultant will assess existing HR practices, organizational structures, workforce capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and people management systems; identify gaps; and design and implement sustainable interventions aligned with Management's objectives and business priorities.

A key priority of the engagement is to strengthen the company's OD capability, establish structured people development and organizational effectiveness practices, and equip the incumbent HR Manager and HR team with the frameworks, tools, and competencies necessary to sustain these improvements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including experience as an HR Manager or HR Head, preferably in the Retail, FMCG, Service, or Food industries.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Learning and Development, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Experience in HR consulting, organizational transformation, or leading HR improvement initiatives is highly preferred.

• Willing to work onsite in Chino Roces, Makati City.
