Job summary

Vectra Search Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Head of HR to lead transformation, shape the HR agenda, and drive talent acquisition, engagement, and organizational development for a fast-growth retail brand.

You will partner with senior leadership to design competitive compensation, foster an inclusive culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the HR team to deliver data-driven people solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership in the retail sector.
• Experience in standalone retail stores is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the Philippines.
• Proven ability to lead and implement strategic HR initiatives effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to attract, retain, and develop top retail talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers to enhance workforce productivity and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, advising leadership on necessary changes and industry best practices.
• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that prioritizes professional development.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends, using data-driven insights to improve HR processes and decision-making.
