Private Advertiser in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and align strategies with business goals. You will oversee Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee relations.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, design annual training plans, conduct salary reviews, supervise payroll, and ensure labor law compliance. SAP HR system experience is a plus; strong people skills and privacy discipline required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or HR management, or equivalent.
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Ability to give presentations during Managers' Meeting

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall human resource facets.
• Manages end to end recruitment process based on the company’s requirements.
• Facilitates training needs analysis, designs and implements the annual training plan.
• Conducts salary and employee benefits review, proposes improvement as needed.
• Facilitates annual appraisal of employees.
• Processes confidential payroll.
• Checks non-confidential timekeeping and payroll.
• Oversees employee discipline, internal communication and corporate events.
• Ensures labor and legal compliance.
• HR system management (SAP)
• In-charge of health and wellness of employees.
• Proposes and implements company policies and HR projects
