Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions in Maramag, Bukidnon. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, payroll, and policy compliance to support organizational goals.

You will collaborate with management to develop HR strategies, engage employees, and lead HR initiatives. A strong background in HR laws, systems, and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations and labor practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience with HR software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning with department managers.
• Manage employee relations, including concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Implement and monitor performance management, training, development, and career progression programs.
• Oversee compensation, payroll, benefits, and employee records while ensuring policy compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor HR trends and turnover, recommending actions to management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
• Assist leadership in organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.
• Lead special HR projects and other duties as assigned.
