Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in a security agency, manpower services, or labor-intensive industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and staffing processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and conduct investigations.
• Develop and administer performance management, training, and development programs.
• Oversee payroll coordination, timekeeping, leave administration, and benefits management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and labor regulations.
• Lead HR projects, policy updates, and workforce analytics.
