ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and drive policies, reporting, and employee relations. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with local laws and delivering value through people management and program implementation.

Based in Manila, the position requires onsite work at Makati and Mandaluyong, with a focus on maintaining work-life balance and a culture of lifelong learning. You will collaborate across departments and mentor team members to foster growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
• Excellent people and organizational management skills.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the HR team (Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits).
• Generate and prepare HR-related reports and submit to DOLE as required.
• Lead development of HR policies and procedures; manage resignations and termination processes.
• Handle escalated and sensitive violations; counsel employees as needed.
• Support internal and external HR inquiries and ensure smooth HR operations.
