Job summary

RSO Architecture is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance development across the organization in the Philippines. You will oversee compensation, benefits, compliance, and strategic workforce planning while partnering with leadership to shape organizational structure and HR analytics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, often including prior management or specialization roles.
• Experience in health insurance is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP), strong conflict resolution, deep knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Design recruitment strategies, manage interviewing processes, and lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
• Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and staff, mediating disputes and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
• Performance & Development: Oversee performance evaluation systems and identify training and development needs for staff.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, health insurance, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Compliance: Enforce labor regulations and maintain workplace safety, ensuring the company avoids legal and reputational risks.
• Strategic Planning: Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR analytics.
