Job summary

RSO Services Corp. is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our Pasig on-site team. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives to support a productive workplace.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems. Health insurance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, often including prior management or specialization roles.
Experience in health insurance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & onboarding: Design recruitment strategies, manage interviewing processes, and lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and staff, mediating disputes and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
Performance & Development: Oversee performance evaluation systems and identify training and development needs for staff.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, health insurance, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Compliance: Enforce labor regulations and maintain workplace safety, ensuring the company avoids legal and reputational risks.
Strategic Planning: Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR analytics.
