Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources across the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Strong background in labor relations management, unionized environments, and CBA negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR function, covering recruitment and talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, organizational development, HR policies, and compliance.
• Develop and execute HR strategies and people programs aligned with business objectives and workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with executives and senior management on workforce planning, leadership development, and labor relations matters.
• Oversee labor relations management, including collective bargaining negotiations and handling labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company HR controls across the organization.
