Job summary

This role partners with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and drive HR transformation and process improvements

Qualifications

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Lead HR process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Coach and develop the HR team while establishing strong service and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, Global HR, and Operations to ensure seamless HR delivery.
