Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and ER practices.
• Experience with BPO/shared services or multinational orgs preferred.
• Experience with performance management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Lead HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, records management, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, recognition, and culture initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to improve HR service delivery.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and experience.
• Coach managers and support leadership development and succession planning.
