Job summary

Eastvantage Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partnering & Operations to lead end-to-end HR delivery, employee engagement, and people strategy across its global delivery operations in the Philippines.

You will partner with operations and corporate stakeholders to align people initiatives with business priorities, ensure compliant, scalable HR practices, and drive a high-performance culture in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Business Partnership with operations and leadership.
• Translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives.
• Identify and address people risks related to growth and retention.
• Support organizational change initiatives and new operating models.
• Use workforce data to drive strategic decisions.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations across the Philippines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Oversee HR data integrity, audits, and analytics.
• Drive HR process improvements and vendor management.
• Develop employee engagement, wellness, DEIB, and culture-building programs.
• Lead internal communications and maintain transparency.
• Coach and develop the HR team; establish performance standards.
