Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a BPO/shared services environment.
• Strong experience in HR business partnering and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations.
• Experience managing HR teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Background in employee engagement, performance management, and org development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving HR transformation, process improvement, and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations matters and provide policy guidance.

• Develop and lead employee engagement, culture, wellness, recognition, and DEIB initiatives.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Lead HR process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Coach and develop the HR team with strong service and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, Global HR, and Operations to ensure seamless HR delivery.
