Job summary

HERB FOOD SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking an HR Generalist in Talisay City, Cebu. This full-time role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management to support our people strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will handle end-to-end HR processes, maintain records, and contribute to positive workplace culture while enabling professional development and payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, BA, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and labour relations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing and hiring coordination.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
• Handle employee relations, conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Administer compensation and benefits including payroll coordination and benefits eligibility verification.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support performance management processes including appraisals and development planning.
• Assess training needs and coordinate development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across HR functions.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.
