Bai Virtual Services OPC in Cebu City is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, partnering with the Cebu-based team and Australian stakeholders to uphold consistent HR processes.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll support, with a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or related field and 1–2 years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience, generalist or recruitment-focused.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience using HRIS/ATS or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for professional roles and interns.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Manage offboarding and exit interviews.
