Job summary

Claritas in Makati, Philippines, seeks an HR Director to lead the HR function and shape strategies across recruitment, payroll, benefits, and development. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

Human Resources Director (HRD)

The Human Resources Director (HRD) is responsible for leading the overall Human Resources function, developing HR strategies, policies, and organizational systems that support business growth. The HRD oversees recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, training & development, performance management, compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

HR Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code and government regulations.

Administration Oversight
  • Supervise Administration functions including office management, facilities, procurement coordination, company assets, travel, and employee services.

  • Coach and mentor HR staff.
