Michael Page is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for a large industrial organization in the Philippines. You will develop HR strategies, manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

You will ensure compliance with local labor laws, lead engagement initiatives, oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management, and mentor managers. This is a permanent role offering growth within a global company and a chance to shape HR culture.
