Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Analyst, HR Data & Technology to optimize HR systems and data quality within the Global HR Technology and Analytics team. The role involves governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors Employee Central, collaborating with IT and HR leaders to support data integrity and HR processes.

The position requires 3–5 years in a multinational setting, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in multinational organization.
• Three or more years of experience in data transactions and systems in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience generating data from multiple sources and building insights.
• Experience with analytical problem solving and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Global data support within SuccessFactors Employee Central for Organizational Structure, Position Management, and Employee Data with governance and configuration responsibilities.
• Review and ensure adherence to global and country-specific field configurations in Employee Central workbook.
• Support complex organizational and employee data changes and intercompany transfers.
• Support improvements across HR systems including releases, upgrades, and projects in HR Technology pipeline.
• Collaborate with IT HR support and HR business process owners to implement functional solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis to create sustainable long-term solutions.
• Participate in HR technology projects and system testing for global HR data impacts.
• Analyze change requests and provide timely resolutions based on priority.
• Maintain FAQs and documentation to align with global HR processes.
• Develop and maintain HR data governance plans and data quality audits.
