Job summary

You will partner with business leaders, understand products and services, ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, and lead HR projects including performance management and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and employment practices.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Ability to conduct administrative hearings and represent the company in labor matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to build organizational capability and core competencies.
• Understand products/services, competitors, financial reports, goals, strategies, and business development to determine needs.
• Attend and participate in monthly meetings and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with leaders on HR policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and propose improvements to HR councils and relevant teams.
