Job summary

Symbos is seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience. This hands-on role blends employee relations, performance enablement, and people strategy with a strong focus on measurable impact.

Based onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, you will translate business needs into practical people solutions, drive culture initiatives, and use data to guide decisions across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience, with exposure to employee relations and business partnering.
• Experience in a BPO or high‑growth operational environment is highly regarded
• Strong understanding of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
• Ability to balance people advocacy with business priorities
• Comfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support team performance, engagement, and retention outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, handling cases with fairness, consistency, and sound judgement
• Translate business needs into practical people solutions, covering workforce planning, performance management, and development
• Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership capability
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve outcomes
• Support policy implementation and ensure alignment with labour laws and compliance requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement across HR processes, programs, and employee experience
