Job summary

Symbos, an Australia-founded BPO, is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape team capability, culture, and business outcomes. This hands-on role blends employee relations, performance enablement, and people strategy with a strong impact focus.

You will partner with leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness, improve employee experience, and support sustainable growth while ensuring compliance with Philippine labour laws. Onsite at Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience, with exposure to employee relations and business partnering.
• Experience in a BPO or high-growth operational environment is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices.
• Data-driven with ability to generate insights and recommendations.
• Willing to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support team performance, engagement, and retention outcomes
• Advise on employee relations with fairness and sound judgement
• Translate business needs into practical people solutions across planning and development
• Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership capability
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and guide decisions
• Support policy implementation and ensure labour law compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
