Job summary

Symbos is seeking an HR Business Partner to move beyond process and help shape team capability, culture, and business outcomes. This hands-on role blends employee relations, performance enablement, and people strategy with a strong impact focus.

You will partner with leaders to strengthen organisational effectiveness, improve employee experience, and support sustainable growth, including policy alignment with labour laws and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience with exposure to employee relations and business partnering.
• Experience in a BPO or high-growth operational environment is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to balance people advocacy with business priorities.
• Confident handling of sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgement.
• Comfortable working with data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig City.
