Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to strengthen relationships between employees and management, ensuring policy compliance and effective HR operations.

The role will support labor relations, guidelines on grievances, and data-driven HR reporting. You will help drive engagement programs and align HR practices with Philippine labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other similar degree.
• At least two (2) years experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Knowledgeable of various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and training.
• Familiarity with best practices in employee relations, conflict resolution, and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements and ability to interpret labor laws and apply them effectively in HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships between employees and management within the organization.
• Support employee and labor relations programs, policies, and procedures implementation.
• Provide guidance on grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
• Facilitate labor-management discussions to resolve workplace concerns and issues.
• Gather, analyze, and report HR data, employee statistics, and progress metrics.
• Assist in developing employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, regulations, and assigned responsibilities.
