Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data analytics, statistics, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, or related analytics disciplines.
- Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience working with large enterprise datasets and data quality.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop executive-level workforce insights, presentations, and concise briefs for senior leadership.
- Apply statistical and trend analysis, forecasting to workforce topics like turnover and planning.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRIS Reporting & Analytics teams to enhance analytics solutions.
- Promote trusted data usage and KPI development across HR decision-making.
