Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Head of HR Strategy and Analytics to lead strategic planning, workforce analytics, budgeting, policy management, and executive reporting for the HR function. It provides data-driven insights for informed decisions and oversees HR budgeting and workforce planning. The role also drives predictive analytics to support growth and partners with the Head of HR Digitization on systems and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 15–20 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and HR Analytics at director or senior leadership level.
• Experience in large organizations (≥15K employees).
• Strong experience in analytics, budgeting, financial planning, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce analytics, planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee HR budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization.
• Manage HR policies, labor law compliance, and vendor governance.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports on workforce and financial performance.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce trends, talent risks, and strategic HR priorities.
