Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Power BI development or BI analytics.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience transforming and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise HR dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into effective data models, calculations, and visuals.
• Develop reusable DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to validate outputs and ensure accuracy.
• Support data governance, security, and performance improvements.
