Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 12+ years of HR and admin management experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance
• End-to-end recruitment, employee relations and performance management experience
• Payroll and benefits administration experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage HR policies, procedures and programmes aligned with company objectives and legal requirements
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Manage employee relations, grievances and performance management
• Administer payroll, benefits and compensation programmes
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Maintain HR records and data privacy compliance
• Handle office management, local purchasing and facilities coordination
