Job summary

Mayer Hospitality Group Philippines is seeking a Sales Executive to generate new business and recruit hotel, resort, serviced apartment, villa and other hospitality partners. The role focuses on promoting OTA management, revenue management, and distribution services to boost partner occupancy and revenue.

You will conduct sales calls, meetings, site visits, and proposals; negotiate terms and close contracts while building strong relationships with hotel owners and general managers.

Qualifications

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hospitality solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and key decision-makers.
• Monitor hospitality market trends, tourism developments, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
