Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive inorganic growth through identifying targets, due diligence, and structuring transactions. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate with teams, and manage key stakeholder relationships to future-proof the business in a dynamic market.

The role requires 4+ years in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategic project management, ideally in financial services or consumer finance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategic project management, or banking in financial services or consumer finance.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and evaluate acquisition or partnership targets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct due diligence including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Assist in negotiation and structuring of strategic transactions.
• Lead strategic projects to boost long-term competitiveness and resilience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Oversee critical project documentation related to tax, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
