Job summary

GoTyme is expanding its Growth partnerships portfolio in the Philippines, targeting money-in, aspirational/lifestyle, and everyday spend collaborations. You will identify partners from scratch, build the business case, and close agreements while owning post-signing relationships and performance reviews.

As Growth Partnerships Lead, you will co-create go-to-market plans with Marketing, secure budgets, and develop repeatable processes to scale partnerships across the bank's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in building partnerships from scratch; ability to create value from new collaborations.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to build business cases.
• Strong negotiation skills and deal closing experience.
• Comfort navigating fast-paced, high accountability environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize partners worth pursuing within assigned pillars and build the commercial case.
• Negotiate and close agreements, reuse commercial templates, manage commitments post-signing.
• Co-build and execute go-to-market plans with Marketing; secure budget approvals.
• Turn partnerships into reusable playbooks and monitor performance.
