Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR, Internal Comms and other teams to align strategy and execution.
• Communicate corporate strategy to employees and external partners, including social media where relevant.
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and adjust as needed for impact.
• Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams and industry external experts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans and benchmarks.
• Organize enterprise-wide programs (townhalls, leadership forums, CEO connect) to maintain alignment and engagement.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders to drive growth and partnerships.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscapes.
