Qualifications

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in insurance agency distribution or field force development.
• Proven ability to lead Sales Management Teams and agency leaders to drive recruitment, activation, productivity, and growth.
• Strong understanding of agency distribution, manpower build, and branch or territory expansion.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate distribution priorities into regional agency strategies and actionable plans.
• Lead region-specific growth strategies across recruitment, activation, and expansion.
• Identify opportunities and improvements that strengthen the region's agency footprint.
• Provide strategic direction to influence agency programs and initiatives.
• Drive territory expansion through inorganic recruitment of Agency Leaders and advisors.
• Develop growth strategies for larger territory, network, and market coverage.
• Drive achievement of regional sales, manpower, and productivity targets.
• Lead business reviews with Sales Management to close gaps and recover when needed.
• Build leadership capability and succession strength across the region.
• Ensure governance, financial discipline, and compliance within the region.
• Oversee performance across a large population of Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors.
• Ensure leadership accountability and results across multiple branches.
