Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Director, People Partner to shape a forward-looking talent strategy across succession planning, talent management, change management, and organizational development.

You will lead HR initiatives in alliance with business leaders and HR Shared Services, drive engagement and performance, oversee compensation processes, and ensure policy compliance while building leadership capability and a trusted, confidential culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HR Specialist experience in a large multinational organization.
• Experience in planning, change management, organizational effectiveness and rewards concepts.
• Strong leadership, team-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR Shared Services to execute on strategic HR plans.
• Lead and support initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness within business groups.
• Identify strategic issues and implement HR policies to support business goals.
• Provide HR leadership in business strategy, engagement, development and performance areas.
• Deliver HR services effectively to the business unit.
• Oversee compensation, talent management and employee engagement surveys.
• Provide HR expertise in Reward, Leadership Development, Recruitment and Organization Effectiveness.
• Influence management styles and implement systemic changes.
• Ensure policy and legislative compliance for HR processes.
• Educate the organization about HR trends affecting the business.
