IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to deliver in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights for company leadership.

You will own annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and executive reporting while leveraging Planful, Spotlight, Power BI, and Dynamics BC to produce actionable dashboards and presentations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus
• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
• Advanced expertise in Planful (Host Analytics) and Spotlight reporting
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting
• Proven ability to create and automate financial reports from Planful/BC
• Experience with Excel-based tools and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and business performance metrics
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting (ELT/BOD) and presentations
• Ability to manage large data sets with accuracy and actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Create, track, forecast and analyze financial information for decision making
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Executive leadership
• Execute enterprise-wide planning processes including OPP, forecast cycles, and actuals reporting
• Analyze strategic initiatives with financial modeling and provide management recommendations
• Develop presentation materials for ELT, BOD, and key partners as decision support
• Manage CapEx reporting and model economic justifications and ROIC analyses
• Develop cash flow and regional forecasts with addback item tracking
• Produce accurate financial information and promote internal controls and efficiency
• Provide KPI tracking to improve enterprise financial performance
• Adhere to company policies, principles, and applicable law
